@YuriyS I'm pretty sure that it was much less the case when Math SE first started out. I joined it near the start, and I seem to recall there was a higher proportion of interesting questions back then. The rep system only served to encourage homework-answering-machines.

And please consider deleting this answer, which is definitely a duplicate of this answer from the same question. And this one is also more or less a duplicate. That question has attracted so many answer-ers that some of them do not even know their answers had been there.
