Despite the consensus on meta that this is a poor question, now it is reopened and unsurprisingly I see M in the list of reopening votes.

Also this one is undeleted and even reopened again, and unsurprisingly again, M and G in the undeletion and reopening list.
2
But thanks to them, I can cast both a down vote and a closure vote now.

@AlexFrancisco Arg! I find it interesting that the question has been undeleted by essentially the same people every single time, but has been deleted by a much more diverse crowd.

4:04 AM
@XanderHenderson one might expect that, though, considering that deleted questions have a significantly narrower audience
The original closure was as a duplicate to this
to me, it looks like that solution was appropriate. Personally i wouldn't vote to reopen but I wouldn't vote to delete either
i re-closed it with the duplicate link and locked it to stop the delete war / nonsubstantive edits

Is this question really missing context? The OP has already solved the question and just doesn't know that the value they got is the actual result. Only needed a right push.
I am not biased(one may feel that because I answered it), just curious.

5:24 AM
@paulplusx That question can be structurally summarized as “I have question 1 and question 2 and I solved question 1 but how to solve 2?” The actual focus is on question 2, which is a PSQ by itself.

6:06 AM
@AlexFrancisco Yes, that's true, but the problem here is that this question is not one of those typical "I have question 1 and question 2 and I solved question 1 but how to solve 2?” questions,
here the author misunderstood a 'single' question and formed two questions in his/her head but essentially the question was already solved by the author's own effort but the problem was that it was not known to the author. For this type of questions, I feel that it's not completely a PSQ because all I had to say is that "You have already found the answer".

@AlexFrancisco It has been locked by a moderator, so unpinning.
@AlexFrancisco @Did @amWhy @XanderHenderson @paulplusx @Holo: But this one needs more votes.
@XanderHenderson No more voting for you.
@amWhy: Is there a bug with the automatic commenting here? It looks like all you did was recommend deletion as low-quality but somehow it generated that comment.

9:42 AM
@user21820 Not so much a bug; I selected "no comment needed", but when scrolling down and clicking "submit" it seems occasionally, recently to switch to a different button, which I can't change after clicking "submit".

@amWhy Oh! Yea they recently changed a lot of things.
Off-topic, but I still don't understand why people who do not understand the diagonalization proof keep on posting jυnk about uncountability.

@user21820 I did flag and down-vote it a long time ago.

I see. I saw it today after amWhy flagged it.

@AlexFrancisco You commented there, perhaps you could also vote-to-close?

@XanderHenderson Already done.
I'm saving closure votes now. Few left…

@amWhy Voted and flagged.

@AlexFrancisco Thanks!

@amWhy Voted

@Holo :-) Thanks!

This PSQ has a single link answer. It like a no-context duo.

@paulplusx grumble-grumble I downvoted the post, and the answer, and left a comment below the answer (also, answer has one delete vote, since it provides no more than a link, as is. Answers should be more self-contained than the current answer.

I must say that the SEDE query is a really good source, with few false positives.

4:33 PM
@amWhy I think you should pin what @user21820 just sent

The last comment, @Holo?

@Holo I pinned that SEDE query before, but pinned messages only stay for a while before they are automatically unpinned, so it doesn't make much difference.

Yes @amWhy but if what @user21820 says is true then never mind

@amWhy: Wait a minute I didn't realize that truncated post was a self-vandalism... Are we supposed to not delete then?

@user21820 They can still be deleted. But it's good to delete "the real thing" than a vandalized non-question.

4:40 PM
Ah okay I am in favour of deletion anyway because it was a lousy question.

Your link to it here, @user21820, preserves access to the who and the what question, so it can safely be deleted.

Yup thanks.

5:38 PM
@amWhy Thank you. The answerer still doesn't understand. Instead of deriving the answer, the answerer is posting more links. I down-voted the poster for not willing to understand(although they shouldn't have answered it at all because it's a PSQ).
The funny thing is, the given answer can be a perfect "comment".
