Theoretically it would be possible to pump your tires with your hydraulic brake levers.

Logging trucks have air-tight rotating assemblies that can inflate and deflate tyres while driving.

Some farm trucks can do this too.

my car auto bleeds its brakes - out onto the ground which is why the garage floor is covered with cardboard.

It should bleed out the air bubbles, not the oil 🤣
