Pretty sure is a zero-offset chainring. So I guess as long as the backside machined to interface with the bolts properly…
I am semiconsciously self-sabotaging this to have an excuse to get a LinkGlide-based drivetrain

I am on my way home from a testride and ordering the 'bike'. It is called Bülk4More, will likely take a few months to be produced in Romania.

@PaulH Linkglide uses standard 11-speed chains, so likely that the chainring can be kept. But it’s a drop bar, better to wait that the brifters are available (the hacks that you see online are about using a CUES RD with a drop bar, but the added value of LinkGlide is about the cassette.
