Allmotions have a good reputation.
Conti brought out a new hardshell Gatorskin. According to bicyclesrollingresistance it is considerably more flat resistant, but rolls only slightly worse.

Yep - thing is mine's a 26" wheel so very few of the road bike tyres tend to be avalable in 26"
I have conti Grand Prix on there now.... thats GP, not GP4000 or anything.
One of the sources for punctures, for me, is those metal inspection plates mounted flush in the roadway. If I hit them wrong I pinch flat, even with the rear wheel at 100 PSI
reminds me - I was going to do a weight check on each wheel. I bet there's more rear wheel weight than a regular road bike, proportionally.

Alas, puncture resistant tyres won't help with the pinch flats.
Having a very rigid sidewalls might be even detrimental.
You got a lot of space on your bent though. Do it like your Landrover does, and mount a spare wheel on the rear. /me ducks

Hah - I'd need a second gearbox, which was the most expensive thing on the bike
