Hey,I've developed a platform that allows users to deposit money into their virtual balance, send money to other users, those other users can the withdraw money to their real account. Currently I'm using Stripe (test mode) for accepting payments, and PayPal/DD - to send money to users. However, a lawyer suggested to utilise a single system for both incoming and outgoing payments. I've googled that PayPal may be able to help with it, however, according to their agreement I cannot pass Paypal fee to customer (which I want to do).
