Why bother to learn a programming language when it will be out of date by the time I master it?

This question seems off-topic to me in that it is asking "Is this a good design". There is page of on-topic questions. Maybe it would be better on Software EngineeringDCTID 16 secs ago

You’re listing requirements in your post. You don’t show any effort that you have tried to solve your issues. It’s unclear what issues you’re having, other than you’re struggling with design. The only question in the post is can you help me out? Help you out with what? If it comes down to wanting to know how to get applications to communicate, then that is too broad a question for SO. We don’t really know enough about your applications to say what would be a good solution. Think about posting this here: softwareengineering.stackexchange.comR. Richards 50 secs ago

This question might be a good fit for softwareengineering.stackexchange.com where the focuses include "software development methods and practices" and "configuration, build, and release management". — Jared Beck 19 secs ago

"My question is concerning the best practices for continuous deployment and continuous integration especially with small teams." I'm sorry, but that is way too broad and opinionated for StackOverflow. Perhaps it may be on topic for Software Engineeringjuanpa.arrivillaga 46 secs ago
