I would have considered "Too Broad" sufficient, but I'll join @VLAZ close vote-- this is not a great fit for the site. What you're asking here doesn't fit in any of the topics in help center. I'd recommend a review of How to Ask. Honestly, I think the Software Engineering Stack might just try to turf you back here-- your best bet might be a specific subreddit, which is a better forum for extended discussion. — Alexander Nied 25 secs ago

@JohnnyApplesauce Not a glove, but I've had some success avoiding pain by using a split keyboard with mechanical switches. My fingers like it if I don't have to hammer the keys and everything just works smoothly.
The mouse is a bigger problem for me, but I've learned to use it with either hand which reduces the strain. One day I should check out a trackball.
