Also, newegg apparently will only price match once per customer, and once per item, so I thought, well, I'll just buy two at the lower price and return them as the higher price ones, but they don't offer returns on graphics cards. Ever. What a load of crap. We'll see if I can get it sorted out with their customer service reps, but this may be the last time I shop with newegg.

@AshleyNunn yeah. So I called and their rep was alright, but he managed to get me back the difference on the other card. No luck on getting a discount for their own promo code, so I won't get that $24*2 back, but it's better than nothing I suppose. He didn't seem to understand what was going on at all either. All in all, I think I'll be sticking to Amazon from now on.

Well, I mean I'm 220 richer than I was when I Started the process, so that's not bad. It's just that the overcommited and under delivered in my opinion. I was expecting a much easier process and a greater return
I mean the fact that they gave me anything is great from the viewpoint that I'm not getting anything
but they set me up with the viewpoint of getting a lot for little work
Re: PWM Fan control - What I had heard about PWM making the fan louder was 100% correct. it gives the fan this odd buzzing sound unless they are on 100% PWM, which kind of defeats the purpose. I may just put them all at 12V and call it a day
