I saw that math.stackexchange.com/users/1173806/math-attack user was suspended. Tracking him down (since he helped me solve some of my integrals before), I learned that he has a popular math-related instagram account (instagram.com/math_notes_/?hl=en) with math.SE profile linked, and he thinks suspension was triggered automatically due to his follower activity. He got no response trying to contact the mods.
