If I upvote an answer of a temporarily suspended user, will they get the rep?
 
@DS Yes - as far as I know.
You should be able to test this by yourself relatively easily. Try to do this - and then check whether the reputation tab of that user shows the reputation from this post. (Keep in mind that this might not happen immediately.)
The answer says in the paragraph "At the end of the suspension period":
> Earned reputation points (rep) are reinstated. This may be different from the rep value at the start of the suspension because your posts may have been upvoted, downvoted or deleted during the suspension period, and some of your votes may have been invalidated.

@DS Yes. When a user is suspended, their reputation is shown as 1, but all of the behind the scenes computations are still done, and they are still credited with upvotes and downvotes. When their reputation is restored, it will reflect any changes which occurred during suspension (and those changes will be noted on the day they happened, rather than at the end of the suspension).
