In view of recognizing that we are third parties in this problem, I can repost your reopen request as a community wiki reopen request. This is because I actually liked the answer written there, and suffered the misfortune of clicking the undelete button twice, thereby retracting my vote (this has happened all too often with me). I would like to give it another chance.

I know it's imprecise as one of the comments said, but I think one must appreciate the author's decision to provide an answer for users of a level lower than that of the OP. That motivates my decision. That , and I don't see anything wrong or misleading in it.
