Recently, I've witnessed what seems to be a spike in questions or comments posted in answer fields. This happens once in a while, but recently, like today, I encounter to twenty or more such comment/questions in the low quality review queue, or the new answer review queue. I comment, I downvote sometimes, I flag sometimes, but this issue is not readily addressed in the "new answer" queue.

If the above is considered a minor issue by mods, let me know and I'll stop reviewing new "answers" that fail to be answers.
