@amWhy I agree with Martin that these matters usually are (should be) raised through a mod intervention flag. I think at this point it's a good idea for the community to close and delete your linked question as there aren't enough hands.

@TheSimpliFire And I have regularly so flagged for mod attention. But mods often take a week, or two, or a month, to handle flags, where users act far more swiftly than mods. I choose to flag such posts, AND vote to close and, if appropriate, delete them. Active users are here far more often than are mods.
