Other answerers are happy to take the place of former answerers, who may be an itty bit less inclined to answer. Users we were forbidden to flag initially. There was nothing unique about the original targets;
Too many are eager to take their place, and then crying foul, when the questions they answered are closed, or their posts deleted.
I agree with your argument, one which many users have proposed for the past 4 years. There have been problems in the implementation of EoQS; many of us have pointed this out.
Hi Mods, the question about self-answering post showed up quite often on meta and there are several good answers. Is it good to tag one of such post "faq"? May be this one?
