I’m, by no means, asserting anything what moderators should do I believe in them and have seen them doing all the right kind of things. But just to tell the truth, if it were Physics.SE that user’s profile would have been banned for one year and locked at 1 rep. On Physics.SE (where question per day is much less than here) sockpuppets and illegit upvoting is handled with extreme indignation.

But I appreciate that this is not Physics.SE

As that user is banned for 365 days, I feel like this room should be frozen or deleted :

@Knight to be clear we do not tolerate it either; the situation is however a bit complex and there is no rush in itself.

@Knight it's seems nothing happens there. If sai-kartik wants to keep the room alive, I don't see why we need to prevent it.
