@quid I raised a flag at the end of February. It is still pending, but it appears that situation has been resolved by the removal of a user. Should I retract the flag, or is it being left open for some particular reason?

I just checked. It kind of all makes sense in retrospect, but we could not figure it out at the time the flag was raised.
