I've noticed that one specific user has been posting PSQs with the same format, i.e. problem descriptions + problem sources, without any tangible efforts at all. The issue I see in this is that this user has been acting like this for at least several months despite kind suggestions being repeatedly made by others under its posts, and thus its posts were quite often seen in CRUDE some time ago.

I've flagged one of its posts and sincerely hope that mods take a look into this matter.

@quid I notice that you deleted this question on the meta. I think that the question itself (i.e. "What does a downvote on meta mean?" is a good question and should have an easy to find answer. I looked for a dupe target earlier, and couldn't find one.

However, in seeking to post a faq-proposed-style question / answer about votes, I found this:

Would it be inappropriate to edit the tags to include the faq-proposed tag, thereby (1) potentially adding it to the Platonic FAQ and (2) bumping it to the front page?

I am also tempted to add my own answer to the deleted thread, but it seems to me that the answers there pretty much cover everything I said.
