I wrote an answer listing some possibilities how to get moderators' attention to a specific chat message: math.meta.stackexchange.com/questions/28331/…
It would be nice if somebody is willing to check whether what I wrote is factually correct. (I did my best, but moderators definitely know more about flags that I do - after all day handle them every day.)
Probably I would prefer to have this answer under another question. (The way this one is phrased it seems as if it is concentrated on one particular incident, although the OP claims that they want to ask a general question.)
But for now, let's keep the answer there. If there is a more suitable place for this, the answer can be reposted there (and this one deleted).

I've just noted that the user @lomber which kindly just today supported the OP here math.meta.stackexchange.com/q/28331/505767 was suspended for voting irregularities. I'm not aware about the rule for suspension in case of voting irregularities, is possible that the suspension is related to the opened support give to the aftermentioned OP? I mean to ask if this kind of support can be considered an infragement of some existing voting rules or if the fact is completely unrelated. Thanks

@gimusi the expression of support via a comment is not considered as problematic. The reason the user was suspended are, as displayed, voting irregularities, which means that there is a problem with votes that were actually cast on the site.
Beyond that general and publicly accessible information we are not supposed to give details about the nature of the irregularities.
Generally, suspension are consider as basically private. If the concerned user wants to discuss it publicly they are free to do so after their suspension ended. Otherwise, no discussion happens.

@quid Thanks for the explanation and sorry for the (maybe) stupid question but I prefer to be sure for the rules applied and that this fact was a pure coincidence. Of course I will ask some detail more directly to @lomber if she will want to share with me her point of view on the fact after suspension.

@gimusi I suggest you do not ask her about that, it might be considered rude to ask about their suspension reason (which is a confidential information), especially when the only exchange between you and that users is one meta comment.

@JohnMa Thanks, I understand your observation but note that I'm not asking about the motivation of the suspension, I meant to ask if this kind of support can be considered an infragement of some existing voting rules or if the fact is completely unrelated.
@JohnMa Note also that I had also other exchange with @lomber, precisely for a question which I can't find now (maybe after suspension) and that lomber accepted during my suspension. Just today she asked me about the motivation of mine suspension and then I gave her tha link to the mentioned OP which she decided for her own to support.

With reference to the suspicions reversed earlier over my person by users @amWhy and @XanderHenderson, I want to comunicate to the Moderation Team that, if necessary, I'm completely at disposal to give all the necessary support and any kind of information needed in order to check my clearness against those kind of indictment.

4:58 PM
@gimusi I can see that it was disconcerting; I am glad we could clear it up.

@quid Thanks a lot!

I would have a strong preference if we limit discussions about this suspension. For the most part the suspended user is an uninvolved third-party in this situation.

5:15 PM
@amWhy I hope you will have the decency and the opportunity to make your public apologies when the situation on your wrong accusations will be clarified from Moderation Teams.

@gimusi gimusi I have not accused you of anything. I have had some good reasons to be concerned, but I have never claimed anything regarding your votes. Secondly, thou doth protest too much. Please; best to let this rest now.

Since this seems settled now. I removed the comments on meta and the image plus directly related comments here in chat.
I left one pair to document the basic stances. If somebody sees any imbalance, please kindly let me know.

@quid Honestly I'm really not satisfied at allo of the high level of toleration ensured for the user amWhy, the comments removed should be posed to the attention of the whole Moderation Team in order to be taken into account in case it was necessary.

6:03 PM
@gimusi this seems like a non-issue to me as moderators can see deleted comments.

@quid that's fine! then I consider your decision balanced. Thanks
@JohnMa here is the accepted answer I was referring to math.stackexchange.com/a/2621331/505767
