Chiming in with John Ma, a few of my comments there were deleted, but all the rude comments in response to my (now deleted) comments, remain. With no context left for them to be responding to. Please be more even-handed in what you choose to delete, and take enough care to also delete responses to comments that you've chosen to delete.

Indeed, I flagged a handful of them as "no longer needed", yesterday. No action has yet been taken.

@AlexanderGruber You are wrong about that: the topmost question I asked: "What is your question here" was deleted, but David's comment in response was not deleted. With respect the the second decline, I had commented from a meta comment template about gendered language, which was curiously deleted, but the comment responding to that was not deleted.
