Should this user (these users) be made aware that their actions have been discussed on meta? In any case, it is probably best to leave the decision whether (and how) this should be done to the moderators - it seems to be a bit sensitive topic.
@MartinSleziak Ok, to be fair to Did, I did a bit of searching and it seems that the comment "Done now what?" is used by many other users - probably more often than him. (I should probably trust google more and my memory less.)
One of the questions is probably also related to this "rant" which got no response here in chat.
