I have no doubt that we will find somebody to blame, if needed.
But I think that if this room "doesn't work", the more probable reason would be that nobody is posting in it rather than there are some flamewars and unpleasant discussions going on. (Of course, that depends on your threshold for what qualifies as an unpleasant discussion.)
