Hi and welcome to SO. There are sites where you can hire programmers and DevOps to write code for your. SO is not one of them. You need to show us some code to see how we can help you. What did you try so far ? — Zeitounator 39 secs ago

Welcome to SO. Please read What topics can I ask about and How to ask a good question and The perfect question. SO is not the place to ask for a tutorial, nor the place to find free programmers. Your question should show that you've put some efford into solving your own problem and should be answerable without writing half a book. — icecub 33 secs ago

It is an interesting question, but IMHO off topic on SO. Both approaches can be used. Separating the tests in a different source file will be more natural for Java programmers, and will be easier if you later intend to release your code as a setuptools module (for example on PyPi) — Serge Ballesta 46 secs ago

A comma-separated values file is not an Excel file. CSV files can be read by many applications. .xls and .xlsx files are Excel files which cannot be created or modified by Windows Commands. Please use the right terms to avoid misleading programmers who want to help on the batch file coding issue already with the title. — Mofi 49 secs ago

@sous2817 I thought this was the right place to ask other programmers for help. If you don't know how to help me don't worry, but at least don't try to close the question. Ty. — Broge 25 secs ago

And yes, I'm serious. Sorry but it is not possible to use C++ in embedded simply because 95% of all C++ programmers don't have a clue how to use that language for embedded systems. If you and everyone else who will ever touch the code actually know assembler and what machine code that C++ actually generates, then it is perfectly possible to use a safe subset of the language. But that's utopia, I have yet to see that happen in the real world. The only ones who can actually use C++ in embedded are skilled solo programmers who know what they are doing and don't let anyone else touch the code. — Lundin 41 secs ago

@SilverWarior I'm familiar with Subtitle Workshop, but that's not the point. There are many reasons programmers make new programs everyday. I'm trying to learn and make my program, my way, This is how the programming and developing means and works. Btw, I think third party tools are not allowed in SO. — Armin Taghavizad 27 secs ago

This is a subjective question that probably should be migrated to Software Engineering SO. However, take a look at the FluentValidation.NET getting started page. With the (simple!!!) examples, you could compare what you're doing to the way they do it. If your own code isn't just an exercise for learning, you might want to just adapt FluentValidation for your project. — HardCode 29 secs ago

NetLogo Web doesn't have a logging facility usable by non-programmers, so your answer is accurate in that sense. But the reason I offered a bounty on this question is that I'm assuming or at least imagining a JavaScript programmer could inject logging calls into the JavaScript code that NetLogo Web generates, and I was hoping that someone would offer information on how to do that. — Seth Tisue 18 secs ago

The simple fact is: Clang sucks at warnings. They put a lot of effort into a few highly-visible warnings that new programmers hit, then ignore bug reports for years. — o11c 38 secs ago
