You can't. That's how the language is designed. The fact that you're using so many globals, however, should be a big red flag that there's something fundementally wrong with your design. softwareengineering.stackexchange.com/questions/148108/…GordonM 37 secs ago

If you don't research prior to coming here, please don't ask. I do have the solution but I strongly believe that providing it to lazy programmers won't help anyone in the long run. Happy leeching...2Dee 26 secs ago

You may move this question to Software Recommendations, this question is off-topic here: Questions asking us to recommend or find a book, tool, software library, tutorial or other off-site resource are off-topic see stackoverflow.com/help/on-topicA.L 23 secs ago

Reusability and making the right choice in the use of building blocks is fundamental to good software engineering. I believe a question about the available modules is as valid as a question about unclear API input requirements or about an algorithm. — Adrian Panasiuk 23 secs ago

Stack Overflow isn't a site where you should expect to get free coding effort. We will help accomplished programmers who have hit a dead end with a specific coding problem, and it is very shabby just to present a requirement and wait for someone to do your work for you. — Borodin 44 secs ago

Library requests are part of a wider class of questions, i.e., questions on types/functions to do a particular thing. This includes "standard library requests", like how to make a constant-sized vector? how to find the first value in a set above a threshold? how to setup a TCP connection? Those questions aren't treated as "off-topic" as they shouldn't be, but it's not them being about the standard library that they shouldn't be closed, but because careful component selection is a crucial part of software engineering. — Adrian Panasiuk 23 secs ago

Ok peh, but i don't see the added value if i show you a meaningless coding merged randomly. I started with the code I wrote before and now i'm checking in the web what i could do with another script to cover the "comma" part of the issue. I found for instance this : stackoverflow.com/questions/27564766/…, but apparently it doesn't work as I wish and in any case i have not idea as to merge it to my first script. I guess that is too complicated for a non-programmers. — anmarton 31 secs ago

asking for library recommendation is off topic for stackoverflow. You might want to ask on softwarerecs.stackexchange.comBryan Oakley 54 secs ago

Writing code in less lines and making your code more readable aren't always overlapping goals. It depends on who's doing the reading. Advanced programmers are often able to one-line their code by employing advanced or rarely-used language features that make it less readable, not more, to more novice programmers. — Richie Thomas 35 secs ago

Copying and pasting code from another question isn't the same thing as showing your own attempt. If you just copy and paste what someone else wrote, how do you expect to learn to program? Please see this open letter to students with homework assignments. Also, you need to explain what's wrong with the current code. — EJoshuaS 56 secs ago

js-joda.github.io/js-joda Technically this question is out-of-scope (software recommendations) hence the comment. Joda is hard to use, but I remember it did something correctly that Moment failed at. — Chloe 58 secs ago

Joaquin :: This solution represents poor design. Certainly, the coder will get a response when they call getResponse() but it will be null until the doInBackground() method is completed! This is bad because beginner programmers will assume they can call getResponse() at any time and get the result of the query. Please take a look at Raj's code example. It uses an Interface which will provide the callback method processFinish() which will be called after doInBackground() gets the result. — Barns 25 secs ago

Yes, there is... though StackOverflow expects you to try to solve your own problem first, especially when it comes to homework questions. Please update your question to show what you have already tried in a minimal, complete, and verifiable example. For further information, please see how to ask good questions, and take the tour of the site. — Obsidian Age 50 secs ago

Questions asking to recommend a tool are not programming questions and are generally closed. You might try softwarerecs.stackexchange.com. That said, I have used planet-source-code.com/vb/scripts/… to good effect. — jac 43 secs ago
