@Zanna personally I think we shouldn't. This room is almost abandoned these days, so the feed would be seen by very few people. Many staff questions are featured anyway so we do see them and those of us who are into that sort of detail from SE tend to browse MSE anyway.
So adding a feed in here would not really inform many people who wouldn't know anyway and would make this room feel even more like a bot-only room. We already have pages of transcript with nothing but meta announcements, adding more doesn't seem helpful to me.
