Q: Batterie says fully charged, but laptop turns off when unplugged

I have an hp laptop with ubuntu 18.04 installed and the battery was working very well until two days ago. The laptop could stay turned on 5 hours no problem. Now, it always says that the battery is "fully charged" and when I unplug it, it turns off. Does anyone know how to fix this ? Here is so...
