That's not a gouge. We had a guy we had to bill just for being a pain in the ass. A route change from the service provider put his site down for 5 seconds and he was on the phone.

I used to bill at a flat rate (estimate the total cost and quote that) but now I do hourly billing.

I was getting burned far too often, sometimes ending up making the equivalent of $4/hr :P

@Zacharee1 OMG Udon noodles O_O I Looooove them. I have just a pack of them in my freezer and whenever I'm in the mood , I just boil them and eat with some soy sauce + hot sauce, or with sausages, or with butter. Russian people love butter (I'm actually ukrainian but it's the same)
