@BryanKrause Thanks for the suggestions. Attenborough stuff seems to be more anecdotal than anything. I'm after something more structured and "scientific" (whilst not being technical).

@luchonacho Gotcha, well, good luck - I think there are not many of these documentaries out there and I doubt you're going to find something meeting your criteria. Maybe you'd be better off looking for lectures on the topic that are geared towards a public audience?
