@StanShunpike to me, that question is a quite a hardcore cognitive sciences question - I can't answer it. My rep on CogSci is mainly from answering questions on Neuroscience, Psychophysics, Perception etc, i.e., the [gray] area of overlap between Bio and CogSci. I often answer questions on both sites that are allowed on both sites.
