okay I think we agreed that "very low quality" flag can be used to mark incorrect answers but that flag was declined : "declined - flags should not be used to indicate technical inaccuracies, or an altogether wrong answer "
@WYSIWYG That discussion hardly reached a consensus, and I agree with @MadScientist that it's problematic to use "not an answer" or "low quality" flags to remove technically incorrect answers. Much better to downvote.
