This is very direct. I’m worried that I might make this patient irritated or questioning during the rest of the procedure; making things more cumbersome. I’d rather avoid difficulty by them if that’s possible. People can be especially irrational at hospitals. Ultimately, I agree that my personal life should remain personal. Different people are different and some may choose to do this out of whimsy rather than disrespect.
