Don’t know why this was downvoted. The reality is there are no such things as “jokes” as in the idea of someone didn’t mean something or you shouldn’t take them seriously. Sounds like this supposed “friend” really just likes to have ethnic friends to mock them. That’s pretty racist. These “jokes” are straight out of a micro-aggression handbook. — JakeGould 1 min ago

Your “friend” sounds like a racist. While you might brush these off as “bad jokes” they are not even jokes but rather persistent micro-aggressions against you. FWIW, there are no such things as “jokes” that people should not take seriously or someone “didn’t mean.” This kind of stuff indicates this “friend” is just a bigot at best, racist at worst. — JakeGould 56 secs ago

Hey, thanks for the answer! Can you please explain exactly why you think that this is a good idea? Why do you say to take this course of action? What’s the thought process behind this answer? As this currently stands, this is essentially a “Try this!” answer. We require that answers provide some sort of explanation for why they are suggesting this solution, and unfortunately, at the moment this answer doesn't appear to do that. — Arwen Undómiel 47 secs ago
