To be born of the Spirit means
One must stop talking and breath.
To be born of water means
One must hear what is being told to them.
"Jesus answered, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God." (John 3:5 NKJV)
