@MatthewDaly I have noticed that you have not used discussion tag. As a consequence, your question cannot get into the community bulletin. (Well, unless a moderator adds the featured tag.)
Of course, you still need that the question gets score at least +3, but still, including discussion would mean at least a possibility to enter the community bulletin. And, consequently, it will increase the chance that your question gets noticed.
This is only tangential to the question, that's why I suggested this here in chat rather than in the comments. (I have sent you invite into this room, so I hope that you'll get some notification about this.)
I see that it is getting late in your timezone, but perhaps you'll see this eventually.

Seeing the voting so far, it seems unlikely that this question gets to +3 - so it seems moot to consider whether it can get into the community bulletin.
