There was some discussion whether the activity/number of questions/number of users have decreased/increased.
Maybe some of the queries from this answer could be used: Are there any observable effects of a “strike”?
I am not really sure what timeframe should be used to compare.
Maybe first three months last year and this year: data.stackexchange.com/meta.stackexchange/query/1121616/…
Or we could compare February and March: data.stackexchange.com/meta.stackexchange/query/1121616/…
Maybe also looking at users who had some specific kind of activity on the site might serve as an estimate of active users.
We can look at number of users who made at least one post or at least one comment in a given month.
In any case, we should revisit these at the end of March - when we have the data for the full month.
