For this reason, I planned to leave the bounty there for a week and award it after that - so that the question and the answer (or answers, if somebody decides to add something) get more visibility.
If you tell me that for some reason the increased attention to your answer (caused by the bounty) is uncomfortable for you, I will award the bounty sooner. (IIRC the lower limit is 24 hours.)
So simply let me know if you prefer to get the question out of the featured tab sooner rather than later - and in that case I will award the bounty tomorrow.
It's not uncomfortable in any kind of way, it's just that in this almost-decade that I've spent on the site I feel that I wrote a lot of very good answers. I wouldn't expect this to be one of them...
Well, you have to take into account also the level of the user offering the bounty. :-)
This Q&A is interesting/useful for me, I can follow it.
It is unlikely that I am going to give bounty to some answer about Cohen reals or inner models or something else - even if the answer might be much more interesting than some the ones I have bountied. Simply for the reason that I shouldn't add bounty to something I know nothing about. (At least no often - maybe there are some exceptions when this can be done.)
In any case, I will try to find also some other posts which are bounty-worthy. (Regardless of who is author.) After all, use of bounties to highlight good content was encouraged by a post which was featured by mods not too long ago.
