Does anyone know which university have access to download electronic books from american mathematical society(AMS)?

The usual websites don't work for the book you're trying to find?

If these websites(libgen, bookzz) work, I would't bother others for this :(

And I wonder if it's legal to ask this question in this or other chat rooms of MSE.
