Dear @MartinSleziak : do you know what happens to tags that have no questions at all?

Let me explain the situation, today I noticed that an user edited this question math.stackexchange.com/q/460485/133781 and he/she included the tag "prufer", which no usage guidance or any description. I then edited it and didn't include such tag because I don't think it's necessary to have a tag called "prufer". IMHO, it's enough with tags about PIDs and UFDs, for example. What I did will deleted such tag?
