Random question, are moderators (or people with high enough rep) allowed to edit other people's comments?

Right now I have fixed a bug which caused any weapon to fire immediately after it's selected. Initially, the code was:

foreach (var step in UpdateRoutine ()) {
InputSystem.Update ();
yield return step;
}

UpdateRoutine has an instruction to take local turn data and if a weapon was readied, select it and close the arsenal UI.

What happened: we press a button on the UI to select a weapon, then the routine reads turn data and resets weapon pre-selection, *closing the arsenal UI*, then input system updates, *registering the click as if it didn't hit the UI, because the UI is closed and unable

@TomTsagk Moderators are allowed to do that.

I see that markdown is not working in my message, even italic text, do you see this too?
hello, by the way

@trollingchar Markdown does not work on multi-line messages. The only thing that works with multi-line messages is fixed font by adding the classic four spaces before your text. Unfortunately.
Hello :)

@Vaillancourt okay :(

Yes, I agree.

How are things going?

Going OK I think? Nothing bad going on :P

this is good

@Vaillancourt Ah fair enough! Was curious about something and that make sense :P

@TomTsagk I'm pretty sure I know which comment you're thinking about :P

Yeah it's that one :P
I just couldn't imagine the same user editing their own comment

One can edit their own comment in a 5 minutes time span after they have posted it though.

I remember that, but can you do that multiple times?
I noticed the comment said "Edited 2 times", and I'm not sure if I've seen that before.

Yeah, you can do that multiple times.
You can try this on one of your own posts :)

3:00 PM
fair enough!
how's programming going? :P

Aah, I don't know. Spent some time doing some modeling adjustments lately.

Done with the physics simulations?

For now, yes. Gotta debug some other things now :)

I love to delete code.

7:44 PM
ME TOO
when working on Star Wars PSP for Ubisoft, I asked if the code would ever be used on anything but PSP again. They said no. I asked if I could delete any Xbox, PC, PS etc specific code. They said yes.
OH MAN I started deleting all sorts of shit. Felt really good.

Yeah. Makes room for the real stuff.
Like when I need to cook. I empty and fill up the dishwasher first. Gives me room to work.
