Q: Why doesn’t Captain Marvel use the Infinity Gauntlet?

I think many people have missed the real question: why didn’t Captain Marvel use the Infinity Gauntlet to simply kill Thanos? Activate the power stone and augment it with her cosmic power and she had a tremendous chance of killing Thanos.
