there was an interesting point about the meaning of black and white scenes now-a-days

the trailers (to me) suggest that it starts in black and white and progresses forward.....but what if it starts in a "present" world but as Wanda's sanity deteriorates as she keep trying to create her a Vision's "normal life" it goes back in time and the Classical Black and White is actually near the end and it's becomes Vision's nightmare

and yeh, didn't catch that was Monica Rambeau falling through that gateway. maybe they might change who is Captain Marvel after Carol Danvers gets her ass kicked by Rouge
