I have only had 2 fillings in my life and they were both when I was between 12-14 years old and I guess this one was loose forever, so I got a cavity underneath it somehow and I wasn't even aware of it. But, when I was brushing my teeth, it didn't matter because it developed under this loose filling. And it really, really hurts :'(

So some "about the film" bit on the Blu-Ray tells me.
