Q: Does the upcoming film with Venom take place in Marvel Cinematic Universe?

Venom is an upcoming Sony film. Sony's earlier Spider-man films also exist in same universe as Marvel/Disney films called Marvel Cinematic Universe. There is no clear answer I can found about the Venom film though. Does it also take place in the Marvel Cinematic Universe?
