Seriously, how can people run invasive animal tests and only afterwards come here to ask how they can analyze the results??? Especially if the answer then is Fisher's quote, pretty much "you injured those mice for no usable data at all, have a nice day"? Where is the IRB in those places?

I don't know which post you're referring to, but that is sad. 🐁 I expect that the publish-or-perish is the type of thing that contributes to waste -- people are in a hurry so they do not put the requisite time into developing rigorous methodology (statistical and otherwise).

@Galen I intentionally did not include the link, nor did I do so in my LinkedIn post. I don't want to cause a pile-on, no need for that. (What there was a need for was a scream of frustration, which I vented successfully.)
