I recently finished listening to, "The Goal". Really enjoyed learning from it. One of the things I want to go back and take notes on are the subplots that intuitively teach lessons about operations research. A metaphor or short story that can concisely and intuitively get a point across that otherwise requires considerable mathematical setup can be extremely valuable to clients (and consequently, for me).
