@kilojoules I understand your frustration here but I doubt that can help further. Also, addressing the people who speak up is like addressing a heckler at some hustings. You have to convince enough of the people who vote, not even the heckler. Have you considered throwing out your question, including throwing out the code, and writing something short and simple? If the question depends on understanding Python, it's off-topic here. If it's independent of the code you don't need the code.

I proposed an edit to a question that was titled "Insturmental Variable in Pandel Data" without noticing the typos in the title. Amazing how blind one can be sometimes

I wish I had received even a very small payment for every time I spotted that "causal inference" had became "casual inference". The typo often invites a private thought that it summarizes the project rather well.

Might make for a good tag regarding "eyeballing" inference tho

@amoeba: Regarding: this. I mostly agree with Anony and Erich (Sorry!). I think you are an extremely well-versed dimensionality reduction practitioner, perfectly capable of working with really complex datasets and thus you are showing a mild (reverse) Dunning-Kruger effect. As a principal, using t-SNE outputs for clustering is disputable for me. Yes, it can be "successful" and yes, I have used t-SNE/DBSCAN but... I wouldn't do it light-heartedly again.
