Say I fit a bunch non linear functions y=response as function t=time, with additional independent parameters a,b,c.

Like y(a,b,c,t) = f(a,b,c,alpha,beta,gamma,....,t) + N(0,sigma)

I would like to pose a question about the error in the estimates of alpha,beta,gamma (how to calculate/compute it) but this is a big topic and I imagine there might be already a lot of questions, with a good answer, on how to get error estimates in non linear fitting procedures? Are there?
