One common piece of advice on various meta threads relating to unanswered questions is along the lines of "make sure your question is as clear as possible". My quick look at it (I hadn't previously seen it) suggests that you may be able to improve your question somewhat; that may help. Once you've made the language as clear as you can, ping me (i.e. respond here with an @Glen_b) and I'll put a bounty on it (it may still not get answered, though).
