Hi, small question. I've posted a question on different results in queries running on MariaDB and MySQL. Two answers are provided. One clean solution which makes use of some MariaDB functions and is not backwards compatible with older MySQL versions. And another solution which is kinda of a hack. But also works great.
I'm unsure on which answer to accept as the best answer, what would the recommendation be?
The hack solves my specific case (since I need the backwards compatibility) But when possible the 'clean' solution would be the best one.
