@JourneymanGeek Given that tag cleanup weekends are every 4 weeks approximately (and thus this room is really to be used only during those times), and given that rooms freeze automatically if they are inactive for 2 weeks, I think you may need to fix that problem.
Four choices: Unfreeze it every time, create a new room every time, protect it from freezing, or talk in here every now and then to prevent it from reaching the 2-week threshold
Oh, and I think you should also create a chat room event whenever there is a tag cleanup weekend.
